【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesanHPLC-methodforthedeterminationofisomaltandotherpolyolssuchaslactitol,maltitol,mannitol,sorbitolandxylitolinfoodstuffs.Chemicallyisomaltisdescribedasamixtureof6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-sorbitol(1,6-GPS)and1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol(1,1-GPM).Themethodhasbeenvalidatedinacollaborativestudyforisomalt(sumofGPSandGPM)oncookies,chewinggum,chocolateandonhardcandies.ValidationdataforGPSandGPMaregiveninClause8,AnnexA,TablesA.1andA.2Thedeterminationoftheothersugaralcoholshasbeenvalidatedinafurthercollaborativestudyusingthesamemethod.Thesampleswerepudding(lactitol,mannitol,xylitol),cookies(lactitol,maltitol,mannitol,sorbitolandxylitol),hardcandies(lactitol,mannitol,xylitol,sorbitol)andchewinggum(maltitol,mannitol,sorbitol).ValidationdataaregiveninClause8andAnnexA,TablesA.3toA.7.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthegeneralprinciplesofatestmethodforevaluatingtheperformanceofcompletegarmentsorprotectiveclothingensemblesinaflashfireorothershortdurationexposures.Thistestmethodcharacterizesthethermalprotectionprovidedbygarments,basedonthemeasurementofheattransfertoafull-sizemanikinexposedtoalaboratorysimulationofafirewithcontrolledheatfluxdensity,durationandflamedistribution.Theheattransfermeasurementscanalsobeusedtocalculatethepredictedskinburninjuryresultingfromtheexposure.Inaddition,observationsarerecordedontheoverallbehaviourofthetestspecimenduringandaftertheexposure.Thismethodisusefulforthreetypesofevaluation:a)comparisonofgarmentorensemblematerials;b)comparisonofgarmentorensembledesign;andc)evaluationofanygarmentorensembleprototypeforaparticularapplicationortoaspecification.Eachtypeofevaluationhasdifferentgarmentorensemblerequirementsbecausethetestresultsaredependentonthetestmaterialperformance,onthegarmentsize,onthegarmentdesignandontheuseofensemblecomponents.Theresultsobtainedapplyonlytotheparticulargarmentsorensembles,astested,andforthespecifiedconditionsofeachtest,particularlywithrespecttotheheatfluxdensity,durationandflamedistribution.Forthepurposesofthistestmethod,theincidentheatfluxdensityislimitedtoanominallevelof84kW/m2.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeusedtomeasureanddescribethebehaviourofcompletegarmentsorprotectiveclothingensemblesinresponsetoconvectiveandradiantenergyundercontrolledlaboratoryconditions,withtheresultsusedtooptimizegarmentcombinationsanddesigns.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtobeusedtocomparethepropertiesofgarmentmaterialsorcombinationsofmaterialsunlessthetestspecimensareabsolutelyidenticalinsizeanddesign.Furthermore,thisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtobeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskunderactualfireconditions.However,theresultsofthistestcanbeusedaselementsofafireriskassessmentwhichtakesintoaccountallofthefactorsthatarepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofaparticularenduse.ConsiderationsfortheuseofthistestmethodareprovidedinAnnexA.Inter-laboratorydataforthetestmethodareprovidedinAnnexB.
