【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesamethodforthemeasurementofthedecontaminationindexofpollutioncontrolsystemse.g.capturedevicesincludinglocalexhaustventilation,waterspraysystemsand,whenappropriate,separationequipmentinstalledonamachine.Thismethodusestherealpollutant(see4.2ofEN1093-1:1998“Safetyofmachinery—Evaluationoftheemissionofairbornehazardoussubstances—Part1:Selectionoftestmethods”)andcanbeoperatedinroomorfieldenvironments.Itshouldbeobservedthatduringthetest,especiallyduringtheshutdownortheremovalofthepollutioncontrolsystem,theconcentrationofhazardoussubstances,ifpresent,canreachlevelswhichareliabletoincurarisktothehealthoftheoperatorsorotheroccupantspresentintheroom.Warning:Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththeprotectivemeasuresrequiredtocontroltheserisks.Measurementofthedecontaminationindexofpollutioncontrolsystemcanserveforthe:–evaluationoftheperformanceofapollutioncontrolsystemofamachine;–evaluationoftheimprovementofapollutioncontrolsystem;–comparisonofpollutioncontrolsystemsformachinesofsimilardesign;–rankingofpollutioncontrolsystemsaccordingtotheirdecontaminationefficiency;–determinationoftheairflowrateinthecaseofanexhaustsystemtoachieveagivenlevel;–determinationofthestateoftheartofpollutioncontrolsystemsformachineswithrespecttothedecontaminationefficiency.
