【摘要】:ThispartofEN61730describesthefundamentalconstructionrequirementsforphotovoltaic(PV)modulesinordertoprovidesafeelectricalandmechanicaloperationduringtheirexpectedlifetime.Specifictopicsareprovidedtoassessthepreventionofelectricalshock,firehazards,andpersonalinjuryduetomechanicalandenvironmentalstresses.ThispartofEN61730pertainstotheparticularrequirementsofconstruction.EN61730-2outlinestherequirementsoftesting.ThisstandardattemptstodefinethebasicrequirementsforvariousapplicationclassesofPVmodules,butitcannotbeconsideredtoencompassallnationalorregionalbuildingcodes.Thespecificrequirementsformarineandvehicleapplicationsarenotcovered.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletomoduleswithintegratedACinverters(ACmodules).ThisstandardisdesignedsothatitstestsequencecancoordinatewiththoseofIEC61215orIEC61646,sothatasinglesetofsamplesmaybeusedtoperformboththesafetyandperformanceevaluationofaphotovoltaicmoduledesign.TheobjectofthisdocumentistoprovidebasicguidanceincertifyingthefundamentalconstructionofphotovoltaicmodulespresentedforsafetyapprovalbytestingunderEN61730-2.Theserequirementsareintendedtominimisethemisapplicationandmisuseofmodulesorthebreakdownofinternalcomponentswhichwouldresultinfire,electricshockandpersonalinjury.Thestandarddefinesthebasicsafetyconstructionrequirementsandadditionalteststhatareafunctionofthemoduleend-useapplications.Componentrequirementsareintendedtoprovideevidenceofperformanceofthatcomponentappropriatetoitsapplicationinthemoduleconstructionandenvironment.
